sebastian, i found your blog after searching for gold tower 42 in which i have bought a unit (for better or worse). i’m based on the gold coast but am often in cambodia as i also have invested in real estate in sihanoukville (in a relatively small way). i love your writings even if at times they gloat to much about the might of the cats. the blues on the way back so watch out (but not this year). when in phnom penh i often go for a drink at the FCC with one or two ex-pat locals. i loved to catch up for a chat one day if you had time?
